Full Planning

Full Planning is our most comprehensive level of support and is best suited for couples who want experienced leadership from the very beginning. 

We lead vendor sourcing and communication, build and maintain timelines, and oversee logistics through wedding day execution. As the primary point of contact for your vendor team, we ensure consistency, alignment, and clear direction at every stage. You remain closely involved in key decisions, while we manage the details and carry the responsibility of coordination.

As the wedding approaches, our focus shifts to refining the plan and preparing for a seamless event. Our team is on-site to manage setup, timing, transitions, and flow. We’ll handle what unfolds behind the scenes so the day runs smoothly and exactly as planned.

Partial Planning

Partial Planning is ideal for couples who want experienced guidance and reassurance, while remaining hands on with parts of the planning process. It’s perfect for those who feel confident booking vendors and managing details, but value having a trusted professional to help shape decisions, avoid missteps, and keep planning on track.

Through a series of planning meetings, we provide direction on budget, vendor selection, design considerations, and overall structure. We’ll review progress, identify gaps, and ensure decisions feel informed and aligned.

As the wedding approaches, we step in fully to manage logistics, timelines, and coordination. Our team is on-site for setup and execution on the wedding day, ensuring everything you’ve planned comes together seamlessly.

Event Management

Event Management is designed for couples who want to plan their wedding themselves, but don’t want to be responsible for running it. You’ve done the work, made the decisions, booked your vendors, and built the vision. Now you want an experienced team to take over and execute it properly.

Approximately three months before the wedding, we step in to review and take ownership of the plans you’ve already made. Our role is to understand your priorities, coordinate your vendor team, finalize timelines and logistics, and ensure everything is prepared for a smooth execution.

On the wedding day, our team leads the setup, timing, and flow of the event, acting as the point of contact so you, your family, and your wedding party are able to be present and not work on your wedding day.

Intimate Weddings

Elopements and intimate weddings are designed for couples who want a ceremony-only celebration or a wedding with a small number of guests. However you choose to get married, the goal is the same: a meaningful celebration that is well planned and thoughtfully executed.

We support intimate weddings in the same way we do larger weddings, by guiding logistics, sourcing and coordinating vendors, creating a clear timeline, and ensuring every detail is accounted for. Our role is to understand your priorities and lead the planning so the experience feels organized, not overwhelming.

On the wedding day, our team is on-site to manage setup, timing, and flow, acting as the point of contact for vendors, allowing you to enjoy your wedding.

Power Hour

Power Hour is a one-hour private consultation designed for couples who want expert guidance without committing to full planning services. It’s ideal if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward and want clear, professional direction to regain momentum.

During our call, we focus on exactly what you need most. That may include building a realistic wedding-day timeline, reviewing or sourcing vendors, refining your budget, creating a personalized planning checklist, or clarifying your design direction. This is a working session, not a general conversation. Our goal is to give you answers, structure, and next steps you can confidently act on.

Couples often tell us these sessions save them significant time, stress, and money by helping them avoid missteps and make informed decisions. Following the call, we provide a brief follow-up with any relevant notes or resources discussed, so you can move forward with clarity.

  • Our style is rooted in creating weddings that feel timeless, considered, and personal. We design with longevity in mind, focusing on choices that will age well and still feel meaningful years from now.

    At the same time, our approach is practical and modern. We don’t believe in incorporating elements simply because they’re expected. If something doesn’t matter to you, we don't want to include it. Whether that means rethinking traditions or adjusting the timeline, every decision is guided by what you value most.

  • Yes. Private property or cottage weddings do not have any infrastructure or staff.  We will create your wedding from the ground up (tent, lighting, bathrooms, catering tent, bar set up, inclement weather plan, full tent set up the week before to name a few) and staff your event. We love tented events and do a lot of them living in Muskoka! Once we have a discovery call (do you have road access or is it on an island?) we will send over a proposal. On average, most couples budget 20-30% more.

  • 100% yes, for all planning services. We will have a check in meeting the Friday before, to ensure all details have been communicated + any decor you have (place cards, tables numbers etc) will be transferred over to us. This ensures we don't have to ask you any questions or bother you on your wedding day!

  • For full planning, many of our couples have their date and venue secured when they reach out and others start with us sourcing venues.  Both work great! On average we work with most of our couples a year+ in advance to secure the best vendor team, but we are experts and can plan incredible weddings in a few months. Intimate, week day weddings are always a possibility whenever and are some of our favourite events to execute!

  • Yes! Our work is centered in Muskoka, Georgian Bay, Barrie, and Orillia, though we love to travel anywhere in Ontario for celebrations that align with our approach and availability.
